We will promote reforms to evolve into a “Regional Value Co-creation Group”

Thank you for your continued support of the Kyushu Financial Group.
Kyushu Financial Group celebrated its 8th anniversary in October last year. This would not have been possible without your continued support, and we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our customers.
In the first half of fiscal 2023, despite concerns about rising resource prices and prices in general, the Nikkei Stock Average rose above 30,000 yen in May, marking its highest level in 33 years as economic activity normalized.
In Kyushu, where our company is based, the expansion of TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.), the world's largest semiconductor contract manufacturing company, into Kumamoto is also having a major impact on the economy. We believe that it is our Group's responsibility to provide support so that this growth in Kyushu is not temporary and is sustainable.
The 3rd Medium-Term Management Plan, "Reform", which started in April 2021, has entered its final year and has been progressing smoothly so far. Looking ahead to fiscal 2030, our company has set a co-creation vision of evolving into a “Regional Value Co-creation Group'' that creates a brighter future together with customers, local communities, and employees. All Group executives and employees will work together to steadily push forward with reforms to achieve this goal. We would sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage.
